The corporate head office is responsible for business strategies, risk management & human resources.

Exhilway Finance is a member of over 47 international stock exchanges providing trading and clearing services to over 6 million customers worldwide. We clocked a trading turnover of USD 2,650 billion in the year 2008. We also provide services like personal finance & investment advisory. We have over USD 5 billion of asset under management. Our other businesses includes education, online retailing & innovative project funding.

   1974: Exhilway Finance started as an investment advisory company in India & United Kingdom.

   1981: Exhilway Finance entered insurance broking business in United States of America.

   1991: Exhilway Finance entered commodities trading business in India & United Kingdom.

   1993: Exhilway Finance entered proprietary arbitrage business.

   1997: Exhilway Finance entered wealth management business in 23 countries

   2001: Exhilway Finance entered cross exchange commodities arbitrage business.

   2005: Exhilway Finance entered MF & IPO distribution business in 7 countries.

   2006: Exhilway Group entered online retailing business.

   2007: Exhilway Group entered software development business.

   2008: Exhilway Group entered venture capitalist business.

LARRY G. CARLTON (FCA), Chairman, International Operations Larry aged 53 is a chartered accountant with a rich experience of over 25 years in capital markets. In 1991 he joined Exhilway Finance as Chairman of international operations and played major role in raising funds for global ventures.

GERARDO E. RIDGE (FCA), Director, International Operations Gerardo aged 57 is a chartered accountant with a rich experience of over 25 years in capital markets. In 1993 he joined Exhilway Finance as director of international operations. Under his guidance Exhilway Finance started commodities trading business in Europe.

ANIL AGARWAL, (FCA), Independent Director, International Operations Anil aged 49 is a Chartered Accountant with rich experience of over 25 years in capital markets. In 1991 he joined Exhilway Finance as independent director of international operations. He marked entry of Exhilway Finance in India by making platforms for trading in Delhi Stock Exchange (DSE).

ASHOK GUPTA, (FCA), Director, International Operations Ashok aged 52 is a Chartered Accountant with rich experience of over 20 years in capital markets. In 1991 he joined Exhilway Finance as director of international operations. He took financial products of Exhilway to Russia, Vietnam & Malaysia.
