Duties	Customer support, Work in hand with compliance department & new client follow up.
Education & Experience	Associates degree, 2 years of sales or account manager experience & customer service experience
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities	Must be eligible to work in Canada, Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Must have good command of applied language, Foriegn languages a major plus, Must be able to type 40-45 wpm.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, Expert in hand coding, Minimum 2 years experience with HTML, CSS, Perl & Ajax, Familiar with relational databases, Bachelor degree required, Must be eligible to work in Canada.
